Fall at Westwind is a magical time. The deciduous trees’ bright yellow and red leaves dot the forest, winter storms wash up all manner of unique discoveries on our shores, and foggy fall mornings are best enjoyed with a hot cup of coffee or hot chocolate. The time is now to register for our 2024 fall programs. In October, join us for a weekend of family fun at Fall Friends and Family Camp. In November, visit for a weekend of fantastic foraging during Mushroom Camp.
Fall Friends and Family Camp
Fall Friends & Family camp is for families, couples, groups of friends, or individuals of any age looking to celebrate fall and spend a festive weekend at Westwind!
Throughout the weekend, families can choose to do arts & crafts, canoe & kayak, hike, and various other camp activities. The first night will end in a campfire – bring your talents to share! There will also be a Harvest Festival with fall-themed activities. At the Harvest Festival, families can choose to do face painting, pumpkin decorating, a pie walk, and plenty of other games to win candy and other fun fall-themed prizes!
