Rental information
Renting Westwind is an extraordinary experience. Our wild shores and green hills offer incredible opportunities for groups to explore, learn, and connect. Many say that their time at Westwind is a life-changing experience. Rental options range from a single cabin to the whole camp. This means Westwind offers rental packages for one to one hundred and forty-five people.
To help meet our mission and vision, Westwind offers affordable rates to registered nonprofit groups. Please see the 2025 Rental Group Handbook for more details.

Rental Reservation Process
- Reservations for 2025 Westwind Rentals begin August 15th. Please see the dates below for our reservation system.
- Tier 1 - Begining August 15, 2024 at 9:00 am: "Westwind Package" rentals by Historical Groups, and Mission-Aligned Non-Profits.
- Tier 2 - Begining August 30, 2024 at 9:00 am: "Wilson/McIver Package" rentals by Historical Groups, and Mission-Aligned Non-Profits.
- Tier 3 - Begining September 15, 2024 at 9:00 am: For-profit groups, private rentals (family reunions, weddings, etc).
- Tier 4 - Begining September 30, 2024 at 9:00 am: Individual cabin rentals and day-use rentals.
