What we offer rental groups
Rental Group Packages
Westwind offers a wide variety of rental options and amenities. Our rental packages range from entire site rentals for up to 145 people to single cabin rentals. To help further meet your needs, we offer add-on options and additional services. This includes additional cabins, flexible arrival and departure times, and linen service. When you rent at Westwind, we will work with you to craft the experience that best fits your group’s needs. Our Rental Manager Missy helps ensure a magical experience for all guests.
Rentals Programming
If your group is interested in exploring Westwind’s full potential, we offer a variety of guided activities. You can request activities including archery, kayaking, arts and crafts, a low-ropes course, and guided hikes. These activities will be led by Westwind staff and will be a memorable experience for your entire group.
Catering
After a long day of hiking, kayaking, and discovering new animals on the shores of Westwind, our kitchen is equipped to provide delicious meals. For large groups, we offer trice daily meals, catered to the specific needs and wants of your group. We offer take-and-bake meal service for small group rentals, so all you have to do is pop your delicious dinner in the oven and enjoy. The Westwind Kitchen is equipped to handle your dietary needs and our kitchen manager works with your group to create a menu perfect for your group.
How to reserve your spot
The first round of rental reservations opens on August 15th. This time is for all rentals by historical groups and mission-aligned non-profits, looking to rent the full “Westwind Package.” On August 30th, we open reservations to rentals by historical groups and mission-aligned non-profits looking to rent the “McIver Package.” Beginning September 15th, we open reservations to all groups, organizations, and parties looking to rent any of our rental packages. And on September 30th, we open day-use and single-cabin rentals.
