McIver Dormitory
The McIver Dorms house four bedrooms with four beds and two gender neutral bathrooms. They are used to house staff during programs and are available to rent during our rental season.
Trail on left to Highland cabins – trail on left to dorm and McIver Lodge – trail is loose & compact sand – native vegetation - Tsunami Evacuation Route sign
Sand trail leads to wooden ramp at dorm – wooden steps with handrail on both sides – wooden deck between dorm & McIver Lodge
Door into the dorm on left side at top of ramp – door opens inward – pull down door knob – door overhang. Sand grate entry way.

Hallway from entry to all the rooms and restrooms - 4 dorm rooms in the building, each with 4 beds - 1 set of bunk beds and 2 single twin size beds - two corner windows overlooking vegetation
Style of the dorm room – 1 set bunk beds and two twin beds – household mattress with matress cover– window – overhead light
Storage area in dorm room – clothes rack and wooden shelves – garbage can
1st gender neutral restroom – sink & mirror – space is open under counter
1st gender neutral restroom – toilet – rear and left side handrail – toilet paper in enclosed multi roll holder
1st gender neutral restroom shower - lip into shower – handrail – shower curtain- no seat
2nd Gender neutral restroom – toilet – rear and right-side handrail – toilet paper in enclosed holder-hygiene receptacle on rear wall
2nd gender neutral restroom shower – fold down wooden shower bench – detachable shower head on long hose – no lip into shower – handrails front and right side of stale
